Day 7
On-the-Job Training PNP: Day 7
Today marked Day 7 of my On-the-Job Training at the PNP office, and it started off with an important task: backing up documents before reformatting computers. Arriving on time, I was briefed on the process and its significance. The office relies heavily on its digital records, so ensuring that all important files were safely backed up was a critical step before proceeding with any system changes.
Backing up the documents required careful organization and attention to detail. I had to make sure that all files were accounted for and securely stored in the designated backup locations. This task was a bit more technical than previous assignments, but it gave me valuable experience in handling essential data. I learned about different backup methods and the importance of safeguarding information before performing major operations like reformatting.
Once the backup was completed, we proceeded with reformatting the computers. This task was crucial in maintaining the efficiency and security of the office’s digital infrastructure. By the end of the day, I felt a sense of accomplishment, knowing that I had played a key role in ensuring the safety of the office’s data. Each day brings new challenges and learning opportunities, and today was another step forward in my OJT journey.
