Day 14

On-the-Job Training PNP: July 16, 2024

On Tuesday, July 16, 2024, I arrived at the PNP office at 7:27 AM, ready to assist in a special event. Today was dedicated to the 29th Police Community Relations Month Celebration, held at Purok Santan, Brgy. Quezon. This event is a significant part of the PNP’s efforts to foster strong relationships with the community, and I was excited to be a part of it.

My role involved assisting with various tasks throughout the event, ensuring that everything ran smoothly. A major highlight of the day was distributing relief foods to unfortunate families, an initiative aimed at providing much-needed support to those struggling in the community. Additionally, we conducted a feeding program for malnourished children, offering them nutritious meals as part of our outreach efforts.

Participating in this event gave me a firsthand look at the PNP’s commitment to community engagement. It was a valuable experience that highlighted the broader impact of police work beyond the office, reinforcing the lessons I’ve learned during my On-the-Job Training.
