Day 12

On-the-Job Training PNP: July 12, 2024

On Friday, July 12, 2024, I arrived at the PNP office at 7:25 AM, prepared to complete a critical task in my On-the-Job Training. The focus for today was on formatting the computers and installing essential applications. After days of preparation, including backing up important data and cleaning the system units, it was time to finalize the process.

Formatting the computers required careful attention to ensure that the systems were properly reset without any errors. Once the formatting was complete, I moved on to installing the necessary applications. These applications are vital for the day-to-day operations of the office, so it was important to install them correctly and ensure they were fully functional.

By the end of the day, all the computers were formatted and equipped with the essential tools needed for the office’s work. This task provided valuable hands-on experience in managing and maintaining digital systems, reinforcing the skills I’ve been building throughout my OJT. It was a productive end to the week, leaving me with a sense of accomplishment as I continue to learn and grow in this role.
