Day 11

 On-the-Job Training PNP: July 11, 2024

On Thursday, July 11, 2024, I arrived at the PNP office at 7:29 AM, ready to continue my On-the-Job Training. The focus for today was on preparing the computers for reformatting, starting with cleaning the system units. This task was essential to ensure that the hardware remained in good condition and free from dust and debris, which can affect performance.

After thoroughly cleaning the system units, I moved on to the crucial step of backing up all documents. This task is critical, as it ensures that no important data is lost during the reformatting process. I carefully organized and saved all necessary files, double-checking to make sure everything was accounted for before proceeding.

With the system units clean and the documents securely backed up, we were ready to reformat the computers. This process is vital for maintaining the efficiency and security of the office’s digital systems. Today’s tasks highlighted the importance of thorough preparation and attention to detail, reinforcing the skills and knowledge I’ve been developing throughout my OJT.
