Day 10
On-the-Job Training PNP: July 10, 2024
On Wednesday, July 10, 2024, I arrived at the PNP office at 7:26 AM, ready to continue my On-the-Job Training. The task for today was to resume scanning the IPER 2023 documents, a project that requires attention to detail and precision. Using the CamScanner app, I focused on ensuring that each document was scanned clearly and formatted in a manner that would be easily understandable for future reference.
As I worked through the stack of documents, I realized the importance of maintaining a high level of accuracy in this process. The IPER 2023 documents are critical records, and it’s essential that they are preserved in a digital format that retains their clarity and readability. I carefully adjusted the settings in the CamScanner app to capture each document in the best possible quality, double-checking my work to ensure that everything was in order.
By the end of the day, I had made significant progress in scanning and organizing the documents. This task, though repetitive, taught me the value of patience and thoroughness in handling important records. Each day of my OJT offers new opportunities to learn and contribute, and today was another step forward in developing my skills and understanding of office operations.
